If you would like to request a stop from our truck, you must fill out the Request a Stop form.
Please note: This form is for general questions and comments only. Please do not use this form to make a request or check your event status if your event is 6 weeks or more away.
Due to a later start to the 2023 season, event dates before May 8th may be booked 2 weeks or less before the requested date. For event dates after May 8th, ice cream truck events will be booked on a rolling six-week basis. Your request will be kept on file, and we will email you approximately six weeks before your event, confirming whether or not we’re able to attend your event.
Every cause and charity is very important to us, and we try to accommodate as many requests as possible. Unfortunately, due to the sheer number of requests we receive, we are unable to honor them all.
