Due to the volume of requests and emails we receive, please do not email us to check the status of your event unless the event is FIVE ( 5 ) WEEKS OR LESS away and you submitted your request more than ONE ( 1 ) WEEK AGO.

Donations are usually processed within 2-3 weeks after the event.
Ice cream truck events will be booked on an approximate rolling six-week basis. Your request will be kept on file, and we will email you approximately six weeks before your event, confirming whether or not we’re able to attend your event.
Every cause and charity is very important to us, and we try to accommodate as many requests as possible. Unfortunately, due to the sheer number of requests we receive, we are unable to honor them all.
